Baked Potatoes – Recipe

I really love this recipe. Its easy to make and doesnt take much time. I have tried it on a number of occassions myself.

Ingredients:

0.5 lbs potatoes (boiled)

1 tsp red chilli powder

About 0.4 lbs of Yoghurt

2 tbsp Ginger paste

2 tbsp Garlic Paste

Salt to taste

1 tsp Garam Masala

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1 tbsp mint coriander paste (optional)

2 tsp cooking oil

Method:

1. Cut boiled potatoes into big pieces. Whisk hung yoghurt (or, you can use Butter Milk like I do!) in a bowl. Add all the ingredients except oil.

2.Mix well and then keep the potatoes in this marinade for about 3-4 hours in the fridge.

3. Brush the marinated potatoes with little oil (or calorie free cooking spray) and then place on the high rack and grill on HIGH for 12-20 mins at 425ish F till its golden brown on all sides.

4. Rearrange several times during cooking, brushing with more oil 2-3 times for even cooking.

5. Thats it!!! :)
